The sandwiches, made by owner and panini maestro Salvatore "Toto" Giammaria, are considered the gold standard for Italian-style sandwiches in the city. There are 30 different ciabatta-based paninis on the menu, stacked with a combination of prosciutti, beef, salami, burrata, sausages, porchetta, and mortadella, plus a few vegetarian options.
