Speak Low is an award-winning speakeasy cocktail bar in Shanghai, its entrance hidden behind a bar tool boutique shop (OCHO). This pioneering speakeasy - operated by SG Group with principal bartender Shingo Gokan - remains a Shanghai institution since its debut. The multi-level space features distinct drinking environments: the second floor serves as the main bar, while the top floor offers rare spirits and cocktails (about ¥120 each). An even more exclusive third room provides an ultra-private speakeasy experience. Recognized on both Asia's 50 Best Bars (#32 in 2021) and World's 50 Best Bars (#35 in 2019), it continues to hold 50 Best Accolades status for its consistently exceptional cocktail program.
