True to the brand, steaks are cooked in an 1800° oven and served on sizzling 500° plates. Despite its prestigious address, the prices are more reasonable than you might expect, with a 1.1kg porterhouse priced around ¥1,500. The sides are classic American fare, featuring roasted Brussels sprouts, mac and cheese, Caesar salad, and crab cakes. And, of course, the glittering views of The Bund are unmatched. Average check here is ¥800.
