Maison Lameloise Shanghai is a French fine dining restaurant by venerable French chef Eric Pras, located on the 68th floor of China's tallest building, the Shanghai Tower. The original Maison Lameloise in Burgundy is a three-star heritage restaurant, the Shanghai outpost, which opened in 2018, is a Michelin one-star restaurant. The current executive chef of Maison Lameloise Shanghai is Alexandre Tanton. The food leans towards traditional, classic French fine dining — meticulous, calculated, and a dozen components for each course. The dining room is minimalistic with starched white tablecloths and pastel leather tones, allowing the impressive view to take center stage.
