Located in the historic former French Concession, Juke is a cozy, intimate eatery offering a chef-driven menu that blends Mediterranean cuisine with Asian-inspired accents. With only 18 seats, this neighborhood gem provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a unique dining experience. In the kitchen is Chef Michael Janczewski, who also does the food at Bastard. He spent his formative years at lauded Hong Kong restaurants Ho Lee Fook and Michelin-starred Belon. Juke’s menu features 12-14 dishes designed for sharing, crafted with high-quality ingredients in a neo-bistro style with Mediterranean foundations and subtle Asian flavors.
