Highline is a modern American restaurant popular for brunch and its breathtaking downtown terrace. Weekends see a brunch-going crowd hitting up the free-flow (¥188 for two hours). On the brunch menu are elevated staples of Benedicts, chicken & waffles, hefty Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches, foie gras burgers, and tempura cauliflower. It used to be pretty popular when it first opened, but things have quietened down these days. Still worth going for the terrace, brunch, and free-flow.
