The tonkotsu broth is not overly rich while the kombu dashi is flavorful and balanced with umami. The shop’s interior is designed to resemble a “ramen shop in Tokyo's Tsukiji Market,” complete with styrofoam boxes and artificial seafood models scattered throughout the space. Their specialty bowls are the "golden charsiu" ramen and the black prawn and black garlic.
